Pizza Hut

Food arrived by Door dash. Apparently the restaurant forgot the wings. We asked for a clean cut on several of the pizzas, but that wasn't followed. All kinds of random toppings from the pizza cutter were left on the pepperoni pizzas. Two of the pizzas were also undercooked, with very doughy crust and barely melted cheese. This is unfortunate, because the last couple of orders for Pizza Hut were okay. I ended up ordering from somewhere else, because I can't eat the things they didn't forget.

Pizza Hut located at Oscar Baxter Drive Tuscaloosa, AL provides great service and hot pizza. The location is very popular, so sometimes you may have an extended wait. The employees are courteous and professional.

My first experience here was 5 stars. Well I ordered Thursday and my 2 pizzas was wrong. I kept calling and they said they was busy call back. Well after calling for the final time that night. Someone tells me they will call me back. So I wait and decide to call back around 24 hours hoping the same crew will be there so it wouldn’t be difficult to get something done. I am told they can’t do anything with without the food being returned. Like why not tell me that the first time I called the previous night . After arruging for 20mins I’m told I can have a $10 credit and if I bring the half thr pizza I have left they will make me half a pizza. After I advise them how I have been recording the entire conversation it’s changed to they will remake the one pizza and credit me $10. So I put my order in go pick it . They was incredibly busy as usual the manger a little rude to me. They had it to me off the counter I walk out not thinking anything ya know. As hard of a time as the manger gave me I was assured my food would be perfect exactly what I ordered . Nope!!!! Once again my meat lovers had ham! My super supreme was supposed to be no onions or pepperoni on one half. There was extra extra onions all the way around. She tells me since I didn’t get what I wanted then why did I eat it? I told her well if she must know the meat loves was really for my husband and kids and I wanted one slice for me without ham. That’s my choice so ya my kids was just fine with eating it how it was but I wasn’t . Then if she must know the super supreme was for me and my mom. She never eats onions and doesn’t care for pepperoni. So for me the supreme was fine for me but my mom it was not. This was what was said the first time. After receiving my half make up order completely wrong again I gave up they aren’t gonna do anything but complain about doing there job the one they get paid to do. They are gonna blame it on me once again. So avoid this location at all cost.

They just pissed me off I ordered at 6:39 it’s 8:19 & door dash calling me , saying did I request to cancel the order I been waiting 2 damn hours just cancel it at this point & why the hell are they using door dash? This just sent me over the edge fr. Close this mf down like the rest of them.

THEY TAKE FOREVER TO DO NOTHING,TDI MANAGER IS FIXING THE FOOD,WHILE EMPLOYEE IS STANDING OUT BACK SMOKING, BOTTOM LINE IS THAT, THE EVENING SHIFT IS TERRIBLE, AND I KNOW ALL OF THERE NAMES,BUT CHOOSE NOT TO GO THERE,BU YES,FOOD IS GOOD WHEN COOKED RIGHT(99% OF THE TIME)SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY LACKS MAJORLY
